Bart, Colleen and their team were nothing short of spectacular. She listened carefully to my needs and did not dismiss any of them. Rather, she genuinely responded and worked to meet them. Selling a parent's house ( and my former childhood home) was one of the more difficult things I have done in my adult life. Colleen made it very manageable and got it done quickly, efficiently, and with awesome communication.

Bart did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our home and the subsequent purchase of our new home. His expertise in the market was critical to ensure we were competitive in our pricing while also making sure we weren’t over-investing in the area we were purchasing. He was by our side in all aspects of the closings for both transactions and ensured a smooth, stress free situation. Our family has found our proverbial “happy place” and couldn’t have done that as easily as we did without Bart.

They patience and understanding is what made them great to work with. Selling my home was a challenge and I commend them for sticking it out without as long as they did. They help me tremendously and I appreciate them so much for that. The expertise was amazing. Hard work and dedication is what make them great. Katie exhibited creativity, patience, and dedication throughout the entire process (over a 1+ year search), going above and beyond to find the perfect house for us. We loved working with Colleen and Cory. We were able to find a home, work with a lender, and close in a very short amount of time. Cory was flexible and available for all our myriad of needs across the 4-6 weeks we worked together, and Colleen clearly has a wealth of experience she shared with us while touring open houses. She was also able to match the realtor and lender benefits offered by my company, which made it so much easier for us to eventually purchase our home. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I had a very good experience purchasing a home with the help of The Forward Group! Cory and Ubaldo provided excellent customer service and explained the process in a way that made it feel very approachable. My family was relocating from Texas, so they were very mindful of our time constraints and arranged showing schedules that very efficiently allowed us to see all of the houses we were interested in. Once we entered the contract stage, they promptly provided updates to ensure we were aware of the current status and explained all deliverables that were required and helped us have a smooth closing. I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed working with them and would gladly work with them again!
